Product Management Director 项目管理总监

Responsibilities：

1. Product planning: based on company business strategy and industry/technology development trend, assist to formulate the company's chip product development direction.
2. Product definition: define the product realization scheme, output the core technical specifications, cooperate with R & D and backend teams to provide industry solutions.

3. New product development stage: clearly present the product value, market positioning, and competitiveness, etc. to internal and external customers.

4. Project management: participate in the review and decision-making of major milestones in the product development process; responsible for the whole life cycle from project requirements to project delivery, coordination and follow-up, including effective communication with internal and external customers, R&D team, and technical support team；effectively predict, identify and analyze project risks and take timely measures to prevent and reduce losses.
5. Product pricing: based on company profit target, organize to formulate price strategy, supervise each product department to implement product line price management, stock management, inventory management, sales management, etc.
6. Strategic key account support: support key accounts, coordinate and solve major problems of customers, visit customers regularly, present products, technologies and roadmap, and collect needs.
 

Qualifications:

1. BSEE or MSEE with 8-years’experience in product management, project management, marketing or technology research & development.

2. Excellent planning, organization, coordination, negotiation, presentation skills.

3. Good English in both written and oral.

4. Good team management skill.
